How much does it cost to see a naturopath?
One of the most common questions we get asked is “how much does it cost to see a naturopath?” There are two fees involved when you visit a naturopath.
The first fee covers the initial 90-minute consultation where a Practitioner conducts a comprehensive health analysis and diagnostic – $150.
Here’s what to expect in your initial consult
During your initial consultation, the practitioner will:
- Assess past and current health complaint/s assessment
- Review Body systems (digestive, endocrine, hepatic, circulatory, immune, reproductive etc.)
- Evaluate for nutritional deficiencies
- Iris analysis
- Referrals for pathology or functional medicine testing, if needed
- Determine root cause of disease, not just the symptoms
- Determine treatment protocols and priorities
- Provide nutritional and supplement advice
- We also ensure natural medicine prescriptions will not interfere or contraindicate other medications that you may be taking.
The second fee covers the natural medicines as part of the treatment plan. At Brisbane Naturopath, our naturopaths only ever use the best quality practitioner strength natural medicines available to achieve great results every time. Because every patient is individual, it is impossible to give exact costs of treatment without assessing. If you are on a budget, our naturopaths will be able to give you an estimate of costs after your first visit.

Follow up consults
Follow up consultations are typically 45 minutes and will be determined by your practitioner. These visits allow the naturopath to review your progress, conduct additional tests, addresses any concerns and fine-tune your treatment plan. The follow-up fee is $75.00.
