I had been dealing with fatigue for some time and tried many things, but couldn't fix it.Elisabeth's recommendations and tonic did the trick, and after taking it only a short time, I have so much more energy.Seems it is exactly what my body needed. I am so grateful to Elisabeth and her knowledge. For a small investment, I have gained my quality of life back. I wish I had seen Elisabeth sooner.

I came across Elisabeth from a referral from my Physio as I was just not getting better from illnesses and injuries. Elisabeth was able to read my pathology results and discuss these with me even though the GP had said I was within range I was not doing well in some areas which for my age I should have been. Elisabeth was able to create a recommended path for me to follow using tonics, drops, food and natural supplements to get me back on track. My path will be a long one but I feel supported by Elisabeth. Between my new GP acknowledging Elisabeth and her work we are all on the same page to get me well again.

Elisabeth is very thorough and scientific naturopath. She is very careful to assess and prescribe a treatment regime to meet your individual issues and lifestyle. She is exceptionally careful with contraindications and has a background in the mainstream health system. Elisabeth helped me with some long term chronic issues that have eluded pharmaceutical Tx. Would thoroughly recommend.

Elisabeth has been helping me with a number of health issues since I first consulted with her about a year ago. Some of these issues include: building up my immune system after catching a viral infection (and after taking numerous doses of antibioitcs provided by GPs which damaged my immunity and led me to getting a sore throat/runny nose every week); treating dyshidrotic eczema; and treating digestion issues. She provides a comprehensive, holistic approach in her treatment, and has helped improve my health . Thanks Elisabeth :)

After having 2 miscarriages and then being told I was peri menopausal at 37 years old, I started to open my mind to the holistic aspects of my whole life. As a scientist, I was a bit sceptical about naturopathic approaches, but decided I would try to remain open to trying new ideas. I didn’t want to go down the IVF route & preferred something more natural. I already had one child & was resigned that he wouldn’t have a sibling. I visited Elisabeth at a very low point in my life.....She was very sympathetic & empathetic to my life situation and provided a good overall approach to my diet, lifestyle and outlook. In combination with a few other factors, I think the tonic & guidance which she provided along the way allowed my body to heal, reduce stress & establish my regular occurrence of my periods. Within a few months I was lucky to fall pregnant and continued taking supplements in my first trimester. I am now over the moon and proud to say this was a successful pregnancy & we now have a beautiful baby girl, thus giving my son a baby sister. I feel so very lucky and call her my miracle baby!! I can only thank Elisabeth, her approaches and her assistance in helping me on my journey!! I feel that I would encourage others who were sceptical to try the naturopathic approaches to help them on their journey and hope Elisabeth can also help them Along their way to better health and happiness!!

I really enjoyed meeting Elisabeth. She listened and offered insights. And, we shared a laugh. I walked out feeling better than when I'd arrived. Elisabeth is such a gentle, caring and extremely knowledgeable soul! She could tell me in great detail my pathology results and created a tonic to assist with regulating my hormones. In just over a week I could feel the benefits of the herbal tonic and for the first 'cycle' in most of my adult life, the day range has been considered 'normal'. Any questions I had after starting the tonic, Elisabeth has been extremely quick at responding to. The high level of aftercare has made me feel supported during my journey to better overall well-being. Aside from helping improve my hormone concerns, Elisabeth has been generous and open with sharing her knowledge of natural medicine and scientific studies which makes for super interesting and informative session. I look forward to my next visit!

Talking about Elisabeth it is hard because no words would describe the way she takes care of her patients. She sees you as a whole, trying to balance your biophysical-social health, and not just looking at your specific problem. Your wellbeing and everything associated to it are the real focus on her treatment. There is no rush on her consults and you really feel special and happy with the advices and treatment that she recommends. I am a very critical person and always go to different doctors to do check ups and none of them would fulfill me with all the requirements I am looking for as Elisabeth. They are always in a rush, never looking in your eyes, are always looking for specific stuff and giving many medications for no reason. They don't see you as a whole. If you are looking for someone who really look at all your issues and try to bring balance to your life I would highly recommend Elisabeth, she is the best.
